Why is the EULA keep popping up when clicking Office 2003
Monday, October 19, 2009In every start of the office 2003 applications (outlook, excel, word, etc.), the End-User License Agreement keeps on popping up even though the copy is new and has been successfully activated. To proceed one would need to click the Accept button every single time and its a big hassle.
If this happens under Windows Vista you need to:
1. Turn off "User Account Control" UAC.
2. Accept EULA one more time.
3. Turn "UAC" back on (This is optional - but you'll get security warnings if you don't).
UAC is located in Control Panel/User Accounts and Family Safety/User Accounts.
After that... follow this link and follow the procedure.

Unable to browse the Internet with IE or any other browser...but...
Wednesday, October 14, 2009Unable to browse the internet with IE or any other browser. But able to use YM, IM, Outlook and ping the network.
It is because the winsock is corrupted. To fix the winsock, please download the freeware in the following link:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/winsockxpfix.html
If you have the same problem: turn off the windows firewall, uninstall the antivirus and run the winsockxpfix.exe.
