Receiving blank emails in Entourage 2009

In my previous blog about making a backup of the main identity in Entourage 2009 Macintosh version.


I realize the big benefit of doing this practice.


A colleague of mine was unable to view email messages in HTML format.  Almost all her emails was blank.


However, after several days of digging the surgery, I somehow realize that the main identity was corrupted.


I created a new user account and started adding the pop mail settings in entourage.  As you can see on the left image, that was the old data structure before it got corrupted.


I drag and drop those folders into the desktop and and add those folders to shared folder to access the files when I log in to the new account.  It was a clever idea.










On this screen is the new user account data structure.  Dragged and dropped again those folders to the new settings and voila!  Problem solved.
