I get these error when using the windows tools like disk error checking and defragmentation, in my external drive (1TB).

I was able to backup all the files onto the other external hard disk and found some write-ups, that this kind of error can be fix by Norton Speed Disk. Unfortunately I was unable to download the tools as the firewall blocked me for downloading software.

I realized to try and test a different USB cable, and I used the USB with dual USB power that attached to 2 USB ports.

Believe it or not, problems' solve.
